Return, Refund Policy

We would like to provide you a pleasant purchase experience in our store. If you have any problems with your purchase, you can request our Return & Refund Service or contact us by sales@autelrobotics.co.uk for customer support.

30-Days Return for Any Reason

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reasons within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Orders cancelled or modified during shipment cannot be altered. You can initiate a return once you have received the product.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are issued within one business day once the item is received and inspected, and will be issued based upon the original payment method.

How to initiate a return?

After you receive the product, if there have a quality problem, product accessories are missing or the product you received is not what you purchased, etc., you should contact us immediately, through the contact us interface of the website or send a message to our service email sales@autelrobotics.co.uk

After we get in touch with you, according to the information you provided, it is determined that a return process is required. At this time, you can send the product back to our return warehouse. After return, please send us the tracking number by mail, and then we will process your return.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When should I send the product back and How?

You should send it back within 30 days of your return claim.

When you are returning, please put the product with all of its accessories and manuals back into its original box (if possible) and contact us to receive the shipping address for our warehouse.

You can choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of our error, we'll refund your return shipping costs after we received the item.

Cancel Order

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us. If your order has not been dispatched, we will just cancel your order. However, if the item is on its way to you, you will have to follow our returns policy and send it back to us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within one business day.
